Lead and support a team of Customer Service Representatives, Veterinary Technicians, and clinic staff
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in clinic processes
Build strong relationships with clients and staff, ensuring exceptional service
Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and inventory controls
Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, and follow up on action items
Support hiring, onboarding, and career development for clinic staff
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
What You’ll Do
Manage daily operations at the Campbellville clinic
Develop and empower clinic staff through mentorship, open communication, and constructive feedback that drives growth
Oversee facility maintenance, vehicle fleet, and safety programs
Approve timesheets and time-off requests for CSRs, Veterinary Technicians, Veterinarians, and clinic staff
Review employee engagement survey results and implement action plans to address feedback
Cultivate and reinforce a supportive, team-oriented workplace culture
Address client concerns and assist with facilitating client education sessions
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Bring 5+ years of management experience, ideally within the veterinary (equine or small animal) industry
Hold a university or college degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Are a results-oriented leader with excellent communication skills
Bring exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused mindset
Have experience managing budgets and implementing policies that support smooth clinic operations
Are comfortable with online social networks and practice management software (e.g., HVMS)
Possess a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record
